Our Team

Like most studios, our games are made by real humans.

David Maas

Computer Person

David Maas is an infectious disease posing as a software engineer. His obsession with all things technology goes back as far as he was learning to walk, and was fueled by his similarly nerdy parents. Areas of development interest for him include software design, low-level development, rendering, and-of course-video games. In his spare time, David cooks, shoots nature photography, and mentors his local FIRST robotics team.
Favorite Games: Left 4 Dead 2, BioShock Infinite, Zelda: Windwaker, Pajama Sam in No Need to Hide When It's Dark Outside, Death Road to Canada, Transistor, Factorio, Stardew Valley, Age of Empires II, SOMA

Tucker Baumgartner

Creative Person

Tucker Baumgartner is a game designer, baker, and husband living in Raleigh. His notable achievements include getting all the stars in Super Mario Odyssey at great expense to his mental well-being, and creating Mountain Dew and Doritos flavored macarons. He once was in the Army, where he did some things in some places, but his love has always been for his wife and video games.
Favorite Games: Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Left 4 Dead 2, Yakuza 0, SOMA, Hotline Miami, Fallout: New Vegas, Dying Light, S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat

Andrew Lester

Visual Development Person

Andrew Lester is a tryhard artist and illustrator who spends most his time locked in a room until art happens. His favorite things include drawing, music, beef noodle soup, and video games. He thinks games are the most expressive art form and wants to create lasting experiences for people. In his downtime he occasionally reminisces about his past life as a musician.
Favorite Games: Zelda: A Link to the Past, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Hyper Light Drifter, Super Mario World, Hollow Knight, Chrono Trigger, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Super Smash Brothers
